1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

• Products must be returned within [7–15 days] from the date of delivery.

• Certain products such as customized solutions, installed equipment, or special orders are not eligible for return.

• Installation and service charges are non-refundable.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

• Product must be free from physical damage caused after delivery.

• All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned intact.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

• Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

• We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed defective, provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.

• Cancellations requested after dispatch/shipping will incur applicable handling or return charges.
